Kenneth Mossman, MFA, CPCC, PCC
Ken Mossman is an Internationally Credentialed Coach for Executives and Senior Leadership, particularly those seeking to have a creative, clear, conscious impact in their work, their lives, and their communities. He is a faculty member with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) of San Rafael, California and travels extensively in the US and abroad leading CTI's Core training programs. Ken is also a Certification Program Leader and Supervisor with CTI.
Ken's executive clientele includes CEO's, Owners and Senior management. He also coaches men in general and Fathers in particular, as well as Creatives, and he continues to work with film-makers, actors, writers, musicians and visual artists.
A graduate of Brooklyn College, (MFA) and Skidmore College, (BS) Ken completed his coach training in 2001 with CTI and was awarded his Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation in early 2002. He is also a graduate of CTI's Leadership Program, which he completed in 2002. He holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation, and completed coursework in Organizational Systems and Relationship Coaching with The Center for Right Relationship of Benicia, CA. He is a certified administrator of The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Culture Survey.
Ken spent 12 years in the fitness industry as the owner of a personal fitness training company, working with executive clients as well as designing and delivering continuing education programs for other fitness professionals. Having a wide variety of interests, Ken's work experience also includes teaching skiing at Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Killington, Vermont. Shortly after graduation from Skidmore, he returned to coach his alma mater's men's and women's Alpine Ski Teams to regional titles and a national ranking in their first Varsity year. Rounding out his eclectic work life, Ken also cut his teeth, so to speak, as a professional baker, line cook and sous-chef.
